Albert Zammar is appointed Vice President of the Southern Region EMEA for Veeam

 Milan, June 7, 2016: Veeam® Software, the innovative provider of solutions that deliver Availability for the Always-On Enterprise™, today announced the appointment of Albert Zammar as Regional Vice President of the Southern EMEA Region (SEMEA), with responsibility for developing sales and revenues in the following countries: Italy, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Israel, Greece, Malta and Cyprus.

Albert joined Veeam in 2014 as Country Manager for Italy after a long experience in IT, where he covered several management positions in leading multinational companies in the communications and information technology fields. With his first-year leadership Italy has grown of 31% in total booking revenue YoY.

With the new charge Albert will cover a more international role, succeeding Olivier Robinne as the Regional Vice President of SEMEA. Olivier was already appointed Vice President EMEA at Veeam  starting 2015.
