Deichmann Calzature is official sponsor of alpine ski world championship 2013
DEICHMANN CALZATURE, leader on the European shoe retailing market, renews its partnership with the Alpine Ski World Championships, which will take place in Schladming (Austria) from February 4th until February 17th 2013. The fascinating Austrian town of Schladming will host the Alpine Ski World Championships for the second time from 1982: this location will receive 650 athletes coming from 70 different countries, who will compete in 5 different kinds of races to win the 33 medals up for grabs.
After participating in Isère Valley in 2009 and in Garmisch-Partenkirchen in 2011, DEICHMANN CALZATURE confirms its official sponsorship for 2013 edition, too. Indeed, the German company will be the protagonist, together with the athletes, of the Downhill Women and of the Giant Slalom Men races scheduled for February 10th and 15th.
The Alpine Ski World Championships sponsorship confirms DEICHMANN CALZATURE commitment in addressing very different customers, according to the spirit of a sport where excellence is the top objective.
For DEICHMANN CALZATURE this event will also be a unique occasion to celebrate its 100° anniversary, together with the TV audience from 35 countries and the 400.000 visitors expected for the second week of the Championships.
The outstanding moment of the event will be two night races in February 11th and 12th, when the fans will watch the Super Combination Men and the Team Contest Men and Women.
