Stabio, Switzerland, December 2018 – Rally a crew of powder hounds and hit the slopes with backcountry-grade gear. Whether its dropping into side stashes or building kickers, this waterproof freeride gear is made for any side of the mountain: introducing the The North Face New Back Country collection.
Dropping today you can shop the range at: www.thenorthface.com
Inspired by a new breed of freerider who choose trailheads over lifts and who are as at home shoveling a kicker as they are setting a skin track; the key components of the line are the Ceptor Jacket and Bib. Created with DryVent™ 3l shell, harness compatible features, product specific pockets, and jacket-in-hood storage system; all with a longer, steezy fit. Striking colours complete this bold new collection with women’s dropping in a Kelp Tan and Transantarctic Blue combo; whilst the men’s mixes Persian Orange with TNF Black.
To mark the launch, The North Face has announced: PULP. The messy remnants of a juicy season squeezed from low hanging fruit into one film. TNF set out to capture why it loves snowboarding and everything around it, and this is the result. Full movie release of Pulp will premiere online on December 20th, but the trailer is out now below.
