The North Face® Access Pack and Fuse Jacket Wins ISPO Awards
The brand’s new pack and running jacket awarded ISPO Gold Winner and ISPO Winner respectively
Stabio, Switzerland – January 19th, 2016 – The North Face® is excited to kick off the Fall/Winter 2016 season with two wins at ISPO Award 2016. The Access Pack has been selected as Gold Winner for category of Backpacks and Bags, and the Flight Series Fuse Jacket as Winner for the category of Performance Apparel, Outerlayer 3L. The awards are industry and expert recognition for The North Face®’s relentless quest for innovation and improvement in providing the best technical gear for the great outdoors
The Access Pack is a result of the brand’s exercise to revolutionize the way people use and interact with their backpack. The pack features 3 patent-pending features that aim to improve the design of the ubiquitous backpack by creating ease, efficiency, and reducing excess for the user.
The Flight Series Fuse Jacket, on the apparel front, derives from The North Face®’s commitment to improve and further develop the use of FuseForm™, a proprietary technology from the brand for fusing two or more different functional properties into one fabric seamlessly. The jacket is the brand’s lightest wind and water-resistant running jacket that stays breathable due to engineered venting in key zones.
